My Community NM is also the home of the Salud Manual! You can find resources for health, social service, education, community center, legal, and more at http://www.mycommunitynm.org. These resources are concentrated in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, and Sandoval County but includes resources state wide. If your organization isn't listed you can sign up and enter it on the site for free.
