Urine pregnancy test. Counseling given on pregnancy outcome. Presumptive Eligibility: Certified by Medicaid to authorize presumptive

Family Planning

Physical exam with pap smear, Counseling and teaching on birth control method of choice, i.e., birth control pills, Depo-Provera, Norplant, IUD, diaphragm, or condoms, By Appointment. SLIDING-SCALE FEES

TB Screening FREE SERVICE
